Our offering

Our plans

Only one thing to choose: the size of what you have to monitor. Everything else is included.

The inspection station

Our plans are built on one simple unit, the inspection station.

An inspection station is one drone and two of your technicians, trained and certified. You choose the number of stations that matches your assets, and your teams inspect your installations whenever they decide to.

Two technicians and a professional drone during an infrastructure inspection

One drone, two technicians

Why two technicians per drone rather than one

First, because visual line-of-sight regulations require one person to keep the aircraft in sight while the pilot watches the screen. Second, because with a single trained technician, your inspection capability stops the moment they are on leave, ill or transferred. Two technicians mean a service that never stops.

The software generates a detailed report, ranked by severity, available for download straight away. Your teams decide and act without waiting.

Need more stations

No plan locks you in. If your assets grow, you add inspection stations at any time, without changing plan and without starting over. Every added station includes the aircraft, its maintenance and the certifying training of two additional technicians.

One single entry point

One contract, one contact

The software, the aircraft, the training, the maintenance and the regulatory compliance are brought together in one offering and one contract.

You deal with us and no one else. If an aircraft breaks down, you report it to us and we take over. If a technician needs training, you tell us and we organise the session. You have no supplier to coordinate and no contact to hunt down.

It works like a construction site.

The client signs with a single lead contractor, but behind them the mason, the electrician and the plumber all play their part. The lead contractor answers for everything, they are the one you call, and each trade is paid for its share.

Behind Vexdrone, your single point of contact:

  • Software & analysisDeveloped and operated by Vexdrone.
  • Aircraft & maintenanceSupplied and serviced by our approved distributor.
  • Training & licencesDelivered by an approved training centre.

Getting started

How it works

Technician preparing a drone inspection mission in the field

Preparing the mission

  1. 01

    We study your assets.

We look together at what you have to monitor, where it is located and how often you want to intervene.

  2. 02

    We send you a proposal.

It sets out the right plan, the number of stations, the number of technicians to train and the rollout schedule.

  3. 03

    We set the service up.

We configure the software, load the list of your installations into it and calibrate our model on your structures.

  4. 04

    We train your technicians.

They take the certifying course, sit their examination and obtain their remote pilot licence.

  5. 05

We support you until your flight authorisation is granted.

Application file, registration, insurance, operations manual.

  6. 06

    Your teams inspect.

They plan the mission in our software, fly, and upload the images.

  7. 07

Our artificial intelligence analyses and alerts you.

You receive a report telling you where the defects are, how serious they are and where to start.
